Welcome to my Sweet Studio and the Simply Inspired Blog hop. If you’ve come from my beautiful friend Brenda’s blog, you’re on the right path. If you get lost along the way you can find a complete list on Dana Kessler’s blog.
I love everything about our newest Seasonal Expressions for 2016, but have absolutely fallen in love with the new Charlotte Collection. Check out all the beautiful products you’ll get in our new Workshops Your Way kit.
The new paper packs now come configured with 2 each of 10 different patterns, plus 2 sheets of co-odinating Picture My Life Scrapbooking Cut-Apart cards. This gives us a lot of options so we can do more than just pocket scrapbook these awesome cards – like the following mini-album.
The papers and accessories are gorgeous for all kinds of projects. The one I’m sharing today features the Charlotte PML Cards and accessories in a darling Hidden-Hinge Binding Mini-Album. My talented friend and Close To My Heart downline Lori Cash created this book as a gift for me (thanks Lori – I love it SO much!). I simply fine-tuned some details by adding a little extra paper and embellishments to coordinate with these photos of my oldest son and his beautiful family – I love how it all turned out!
Check out all the fun accessories hanging out the edges of each page. This book has plenty of room for all the goodies.
The CTMH colors used to create this book are Sorbet, Whisper, Black, and White.
The shiny Gold in the Complements and accessories are the perfect touch of sophistication and bling!
Here is a clever idea from Lori Cash, use clear packing tape to strengthen the back of a PML Cut-Apart Card, then slit the paper where you want to tuck a photo.
There are several places to add tags tucked into cute pockets. These make the perfect places to add special memories and thoughts.
Notice the last page has a hidden pocket for more photos or memories. The notch is made with a great CTMH tool called the Thumb Notch Punch.
Here’s a final look at this fun book from the outside showing the back, middle and front.
Thanks for visiting My Sweet Studio, now on to my darling friend Tina’s blog.
